Mcdonald's

Not open 24 hours, 2 orders messed up in 2 days and the manager hung up on me twice when I called in about it, so I had to notify the cooperate headquarters.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. This places staff was complaining about me wanted my order fixed. As if it was not okay for me to complain about missing items in my bag. Made me feel really uncomfortable and I just left because they where making jokes about it. Needless to say they gave me a reason to not go to this places Mc Donald's ever again. Super rachet.

One of the better McDonald's in the area staff is super caring and welcoming. Once I ordered via the app and instead of Libertyville, it mistakenly ended up at this branch. I noticed the error late and so made it 15 minutes late to this branch they completely re did the order, without even me asking for that, to ensure that I get it fresh.

Good service but prices here are higher than other McDonald’s around the area

Fries were cold, burger didn't taste normal. Had to pull forward to wait for cold food???
