Little Caesars Pizza - Waukegan

Waits in the drive-up window for about 10 minutes in a position, ordering three hot N Ready 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage), which was 't ready... It was said it's gonna wait ten minutes. A good ten minutes later came back to the window and then it was said that the order was not even prepared and it will be ten minutes more. Twenty minutes later the order was ready. So in all out almost an hour for some simple HOT N READY. No explanations or excuses for waiting. Have fun!

This is the worst place. There is always one line and you can expect you to sit there for 30-45 minutes each time. When I type it, I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and driving a car up. They do not allow you to go and order. The parking/drive through is a nightmare. If you pull and take your chance in the line and decide to leave Not because it's just a way out when the line starts. Once the line starts, you can not park because if you do, you will not be able to get out because of the line of the cars you block. The only good in this place is the pizza always the same. Little Caesar should convert it to a more accessible location. Or teach your employees how to prepare for their lively nights so that people can get in and out at all other places. It hasn't been for 25 minutes. I can't go because I'm locked up. Well, it's been an hour. I came into the window and the guy was best apologetic about waiting. Looks like being only 2-3 people. Phone's going crazy. This place needs serious help. I feel bad for the guy who works here, basically doing the whole front end and the window itself. 1 hour and 14 minutes. What a total waste of time.

Can't even cut the pizza, dress the punch properly. And the cherry lies to have only sausages, was also the best part.

I got a basic pepperoni in the box of my Ultimate Supreme after waiting an extra 20 minutes for my order.

To start off… there’s no way to start off from. Service is terrible. Hour long wait for simply 2 pizzas. That should already be in the “Hot n Ready” section. Never seen so many angry customers at once!!! Only option they gave is “wait” or “money back”. Next we got cussing in the back. Yelling cus words all over the kitchen. Giving my 2 pizzas to the wrong person. Yelling at each other, closing an hour early!!! Like what type of service is that ??
