Feedback gevenI order a pizza at 2:00 pm and here it is 7:00 still haven?t got it but they have my card information. And when I tried to call them. They hung up in my face. The first time I called a lady transferred my called into voicemail. And the voicemail was full.I figured the complaints go there! So they will never get my business. A bunch of spineless people must work there cause theyrefuse to answer the phone. They offer a service and treat their Customers bad! Terrible they made little kids wait and not getany food! I got your huckleberry! I should have known better!!
I came for visit to my hometown of North Chicago/Waukegan with my daughters and grandchildren. I always bragged about how good Mike's pizza was. I grew up eat Mike's and during my 3nd pregnancy 30 years ago I craved Mike's pizza so much so I ate them atleast 3 times a week, don't judge me ???????????? I couldn't wait to taste my pie, walking into the building iit still smelledthe same way and all I can say when I took that first bite way do my happy dance and say BUSSIN ????????????
I love Mike's pizza specializing in pizza in particular, their deep dish pizzas are rare but amazingly good if you are a bread person the dough is very tasty and fulfilling.The pizza is the most taste tantalizing form of an Italian dish I ever had in the U.S. if pizza tasted this good in Italy I would love to go! Right here in the local area we can experience a similar taste! And they have special deals if you are an ongoing customer like receipt savers get a free cheese pizza after so many are saved!
NEVER AGAIN!! The staff is so RUDE all the way up to the managers. Clearly they don’t train on customer service which is a priority especially during times of inflation. I refuse to spend my money with this type of behavior anywhere. I ordered and after an hour and a half of waiting I called to be told the driver would be coming any minute. 45 mins later still no pizza. I called back and they said the driver was told that whoever they tried to deliver to told them that they didn’t order pizza. That should’ve been the first indication that they went to the wrong address. Instead of trying to locate the correct address, in my subdivision he took the pizza back. Mind you I’ve ordered here plenty of times and never had an issue with anyone finding the correct address. Management and staff never offered an apology or any sincerity for me not getting my order. The first girl told me “well I’m not the manager” when I stated my pizza never came. The manager stated “the driver said someone told him they didn’t order a pizza” “ why would he bring it all the way back?” “We’re closing soon so we can remake it for pick up”, but NEVER once apologized for the inconvenience or the fact his driver made a mistake, instead they made it seem like it was our fault for being home waiting and the driver never showing up! CLEARLY there’s no consideration of people’s time, or money. Yes it’s inexpensive but if enough of these people leaving these 1 star reviews stop ordering here due to mistreatment I bet it makes a difference!! Train your staff on customer service, or is that the price we pay for ordering from here??
Absolutely horrible costumer service, extremely long wait times. This place deserves zero stars. Pizza was not delivered on time. It took well over two hours for the pizza to be delivered. I would definitely never order from here again. Take your business elsewhere. Dave takes absolutely no accountability for the pizza being delivered late or the app not being updated. The woman who answered the phone could not provide a time frame for when the pizza was to be delivered. Unfortunately, I already tipped on the app when I paid. This didn’t deserve a tip at all. Take your orders elsewhere. NEVER order here.
