The staff is consistently friendly and approachable. My pets love to visit for the pup cup!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and it seemed like the management had everything running quite smoothly. My order was fresh when I picked it up, and it was accurate, including the dairy substitutes.

I absolutely love this place! Even though it’s not an official Starbucks location, they have everything I enjoy. The staff is always nice, even when they’re busy serving a lot of customers at once. They typically have a maximum of two staff members working, but they manage to get everyone through the line with patience and respect. I visit at least once a week! Looking forward to seeing you all next week!

This location makes really great drinks and the staff is very nice.

The caramel macchiato was good, and the service was decent. However, the line was really long, and I had to wait a while before receiving my latte. They managed to get through it, though.
