Feedback gevenI tried to place an online order and was disappointed to find out that I couldn't use the BOGO50 coupon for buy one get one 50% off. It turns out that this restaurant is not a participating location for the promotion.
Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The employee named Lucas was very rude and appeared to have a prejudice against people of color. This made me feel terrible, despite showing him proper respect. In the past three years of visiting this location, the previous staff were always polite and respectful. However, with this new staff member, I fear they may lose customers. If I encounter Lucas working there again, I will never return. I would give them -10 stars if possible, but I will have to settle for 1 star since there is no option for 0 stars.
I used to rely on this restaurant for my work lunches for many years. The staff was always friendly and my online orders for subs were always prepared on time. However, things have taken a turn for the worse recently. They no longer accept coupons, including the ones advertised by corporate as national deals. The original staff has been replaced and the new employees have failed to fulfill my online orders correctly multiple times, even when I arrived 15 minutes late. It's disappointing, but I will now be driving a bit further to a different location for my lunchtime Subway fix.
They have twelve new submarine sandwiches. They all look delicious. I have 11 more to try.
My subs were good as usual, the problem was when l took a bite out of one of my subs there was some sort of weird or strange small bone in one half of the sub
