Taco Bell - Waunakee

I used to go here all of the time when I was a kid. I loved the friendly staff. As the years have gone by this place really went downhill. The workers are rude to say the least and my order was wrong. I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell/KFC but this is a new low.

Always great in my opinion. Will absolutely return.

This place truly needs to just close their doors and go away there's no point in trying to stop cuz you don't know if they're open or closed and you get trapped in the Drive-Thru line

The assistant manager jumped down my throat and told us to leave for pointing out that they had a menu item on their drive through menu that they said they no longer carried. And when I called the store about it she jumped down my throat again because apparently the way I said it was obnoxious and she had orders on her screen. After almost 20 years in costumer service myself I 'm absolutely blown away by this woman 's attitude and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for her

Lady that works drive thru was very rude and they got my food wrong
