Buffalo Wild Wings - Wausau

The food was good. The service must be processed. Only our server seen for order and invoice. No offer on beverage refill, even with empty beer glass in sight. Many employees are in the kitchen entrance, although(8 are at one point).

Food is great, little expensive, but hey what is not today. Management on the other hand, absolutely terrible, zero communication. Zero professionalism. You can't even answer the phone correctly and call her name. When I called to talk to a manager, I didn't want to be greeted with a Hello.

So we ordered Uber Eats delivery for the first time from BWW and it took forever to pick up our food for our driver. He brought it right to us and it was lukewarm at best. The food was really good, but also cold to eat. We would like to order again, but how are we sure it won't get cold again? We're not eating out so we have to deliver food. So disappointing :

The food was terrible. A box with wings smells like it was pulled out of a garbage container while the other bland tasted. I had Buffalo Wild Wings, but from another place, and it wasn't that bad. Who knows, maybe I was unhappy today and came to order when the person who hated her job worked. I usually don't go out of my way to write a review of any kind, but the food I got was so terrible that I just wanted to warn others so that they don't waste money here.

The last two times I ordered food for delivery they mixed up the order and it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Instead of having the original order delivered they would only refund me my money. Which is better than nothing but being that it was their mix up it would have been nice had they at least attempted to correct it.
