Rib Mountain Taphouse - Wausau

Fantastic service great atmosphere incredible food that is above all the rest in taste and speed it is like. They knew what I wanted to order before I even knew. This is fast CHEESE CURDS are by far the best tasting in the city.

Super-Chill atmosphere, the ambience in this bar is spot on instead of the glowing, hospital-style lights that have 90% of the other bars in Wausau, Taphouse has dimmed the lights with a glowable, liqueur display and machines. I would definitely come by and check it out!

Good food, but the service varies wildly depending on the time of day/night and who serves. Great place and menu only never see the same server all two visits.

Fun as always! Tacos were good, could have used a little spice and avocado, but still great as is! We always enjoy our time at taphouse!

Great beer selection and very friendly staff. Beware of the music. They will allow customers to play anything, no matter the content. Won't stop me from going, but I need to be careful who I bring with. Previous chef had an awesome menu and made the best fish tacos ever. New chef is also doing a nice job and will no doubt become a local favorite.
