The cooks in the back are always a turnoff. It looks as if most of them are out on Huber release from jail. And it’s like that every time.

Our visit to Texas Roadhouse was most unfortunate and disappointing. My steak was overcooked and dry. My boyfriend's steak was undercooked and dry. We had no less than four different wait staff. We waited over an hour for our food after being seated. And spent half that time waiting for our drinks.

Went 2 weeks ago and it was fabulous. Can't say the same for tonight. My steak was **** so I sent it back. When it arrived they replaced my onions with mushrooms so again had to send it back. By this time my potatoes and steak were cold. They never offered anything nor any apology. Afraid to go back again. Absolutely no customer service in my opinion.

Our first time at the Texas Roadhouse and pleasantly surprised at the quality. Better than the majority of supper clubs in northern Wisconsin. Special shout out to Jordan. Wonderful service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the options. I had the bone-in ribeye and it was delicious and tender. Smothered in mushrooms and onions. Which were not needed as the meat had great flavor alone. Loaded baked potato was excellent. Didn't care for the green beans. But I couldn't eat everything anyway. My wife had grilled shrimp, which were very good with great seasoning. The best part is the bread they bring when you're seated! Incredible! I could have just eaten that. Overall it was way better than we ever expected for a chain steakhouse. We will definitely return.
