Subway - Wausau

I absolutely love this Subway location. The staff is incredibly friendly, with one exception. There’s one employee who seems a bit different and not as warm, but that might just be my impression of her. Everyone else is super welcoming, and they even remember the regular customers. The guy with the beard knows my order by heart after just two visits, though sometimes I like to mix it up just to keep him on his toes! It’s all in good fun. This is a fantastic place, and I don’t go to any other Subways in town—this one is my favorite.

We had a fantastic meal, and even with our large group of 20 people, the staff managed to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently.

I received a really messy sandwich; when I unwrapped it, everything fell out. It seemed like the staff was just carelessly throwing the ingredients together. I love this location, but I wish my food was presented more neatly.

It's great that they've labeled the subs so you can easily tell them apart. I just need to handle everything else. This is my first thank you.

The food is excellent, the service is quick, and the restaurant is very clean, demonstrating a strong commitment to hygiene.
