Colectivo 68th St - Wauwatosa

This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops. Unless things turn around for the better I will not be back. I was in a few months ago and the person at the register was impatient and messed up my gift card order. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t ask for help. I left with nothing on my gift card.I was in today because I saw a promotion in the newspaper for Teacher appreciation week. I showed my school ID and the woman at the register slightly rolled her eyes and said that they weren’t doing that anymore. So, again I left without anything.There are too many other local coffee shops to choose from with much better customer service.

Have you ever been to that one coffee shop in a city that just resonates well with you? And you just know, this is going to be your coffee shop? The staff at this location are always very warm and welcoming to their patrons , nice ambience, and great coffee. Parking: Parking lot Kid-friendliness: Family friendly

Friendly staff, tasty beverages and food! Great value. Neighborhood is very walkable.
