Toppers Pizza - Wauwatosa

I love coming to this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and the amazing pizza keeps me coming back. Zoe provided excellent service during my visit.

I waited for an hour and 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time before calling the restaurant. They had not even started preparing our food yet. They apologized and said it would be another 30-40 minutes for pick up. I am no longer willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The owners should be ashamed. I appreciate the response, but there needs to be a way to contact them outside of Facebook. I have not had a Facebook account for four or five years.

I am extremely disappointed with the food from this restaurant. It was truly terrible. I ordered a large Specialty Thin Crust pizza and added black olives and 2 sodas, which ended up costing close to $30. The pizza was like a frozen pizza with a tough crust and very little toppings. I could have easily made a better pizza using a Jack's frozen pizza, tomato sauce, and cheese for a fraction of the cost. To make matters worse, the pizza was cold by the time I got it home, even though I only live 5 minutes away. I will definitely not be ordering from Toppers again. It was a complete ripoff.

I have no idea how the ratings are as good as they are. i have had 3 experiences in a row where my order has been completely wrong, late, and cold. i don't know how this location stays in business. don't order delivery from here. i've literally orderedmultiple pizzas where pepperoni is the primary ingredient and have been delivered pizzas with ZERO pepperoni. how is that athing.. the last time i called to let them know, they put me on hold indefinitely and then i called back and told them what wasgoing on and they told me to call back in 20 minutes and hung up. I called back and the manager answered and didn?t tell me theywere the manager until I asked if they were the manager and requested to speak with the manager multiple times.. They told methey?d send a new pizza and it?s been over an hour and a half since I spoke to the manager. Three hours out from when Ioriginally ordered the pizza. Called back, the manager said they completely forgot to send a new one and hung up. TERRIBLE.
