The breakfast at this restaurant is average. They should modernize by offering contactless payment instead of just cash. Also, there is only one type of bread available (baked) and no iron options. However, the bread was tasty.

A group of us visited this restaurant for breakfast on a busy morning. The service was slow, but the bread and toast were delicious. However, the prices were on the expensive side for a simple breakfast.

I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant, and while the staff has always been lovely and friendly, things have taken a turn for the worse since Covid. There have been changes to the menu, including new bacon, hash browns, and sausages. I wonder if they have switched suppliers or hired a new chef. Unfortunately, the cooking leaves much to be desired, as the bacon was greasy, the sausages were overcooked, and the hash browns were dripping with oil. Additionally, the Covid regulations in place, such as the flimsy plastic barriers around each table, are impractical and make it difficult to actually sit down and enjoy your meal. The restaurant only accepts cash, which seems outdated and turned away many potential customers.

Excellent , that’s what I call breakfast. After the debacle yesterday. Lighthouse certainly delivered that. Lots of variations and additions so you can tailor it to how you want we went for brunch one, which was too much for me but at was a...bargain and more importantly very tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Also can’t believe after all this time someone has to be told they need a mask. They will provide you with one for unless you can prove you are exempt. Have spent a lot of money , making it Covid friendly with screens, even saw a member of staff wipe an empty table again after a child had put his hand on it. Will definitely be back for breakfast before we leave, but not the brunch

Having been able to go to the cafe after lock down Was not disappointed food as good as always very covid aware every thing in place would recommend
