Feedback gevenI would like to share my recent experience with you in order to prevent others from going through the same frustrating ordeal as me as a customer. I wanted to try out this restaurant, so I tried calling them after checking their website. On Friday 14/11/2014 at 12:15, there was no answer and I was directed to leave a message. I did so, but received no response. The same thing happened on Monday 17/11/2014 at 13:30 and Tuesday at 18:05. I left a message on their machine and also sent a booking email. By Wednesday 19/11/2014, I still hadn't received a confirmation, so I called the restaurant at 12:30 with no success. I then sent another email to a different address listed on their website. Shortly after, I received a response from what I assume was the owner (who was currently out of the country) telling me to make a reservation by phone. After explaining my situation to him, he advised me to ask the restaurant to call me back. That same evening, I called at 20:30 and was told that there was no reservation under my name. They asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes, even though I had provided them with my phone number when calling from home. After 45 minutes with no callback, I called them again. Their response was that they had not received my reservation and that they were fully booked. I had left a message with my professional number, but it's unclear how they obtained it if they didn't have my reservation details.
I recently dined at a cozy, homey restaurant and enjoyed delicious, homemade dishes. It had been a while since my wife and I had a meal that was as tasty as this in an Asian restaurant, as we are used to eating frozen, store-bought food at home. The restaurant could use a fresh coat of paint in the dining area and restroom, but overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return and recommend it to others.

However, on Friday, 14/11/2014 at 12:15, there was no answer and a voicemail service was offered. I called again on Monday, 17/11/2014 at 13:30 with no response. The following day at 18:05, still no answer. I left a message on the voicemail and also sent a booking email. Despite my efforts, there was no confirmation response by Wednesday, 19/11/2014. I tried calling again at 12:30, but still no answer. After sending another email to a different address listed on the website, I finally received a response from someone who I believe was the boss (currently abroad). He asked me to make the reservation by phone and suggested that I ask the restaurant to call me back. However, after calling the restaurant again on Wednesday night at 20:30, they claimed to have no record of my reservation and asked if they could call back in 10 minutes, even though I had provided my personal number when I initially contacted them. After waiting 45 minutes without any communication, I called them again only to be told that they did not receive my reservation and that they were fully booked. It is puzzling how they obtained my professional number if they did not have my reservation details.
I would like to inform you of the situation that I just lived. This can allow you not to live the same adventure that I feel frustrating like a client. Wednesday night without news, I call this time a person answers and informs me not to have a reservation to my name and asks me if they can call back in the min. giving me my professional number, while I called them from home. Wednesday evening, a few minutes later, without news from the restaurant, I'll call you back. Here is the answer: we did not receive your reservation and it is complete. It's with my professional number that I left a booking message, how they got it if it's on my booking.
I own a home-made restaurant, I had the pleasure of eating homemade prepared products and eating well, it's been a long time since my wife and I haven't even had to eat as well in an Asian restaurant or we've been accustomed to eating industrial frozen foods alone flat, the restaurant room and the toilet will deserve a painting to refresh it I'll come back with pleasure and advice
