First time visiting Joe's Knight Hawk. As a person whose worked in resturaunts and has family who owns many in the big city I understand how much top service is priority. The Warmth and welcome was very inviting which is a must for a buisness who cares about customers and let's just be straight also for a buisness to make a profit. The place is clean, open and the staff was on point and very loyal. The owners weren't present, but this says alot about them. They must care and treat their employees with top respect and visa versa. Penny who was tending bar was the best! Excellent service. Mark was whipping it up in the kitchen working hard. I notice these things and so their names are worthy. So glad I stopped in! Taco salad was delicious! I reccomend this place. Hope to meet the owners some time! Thank you for your excellent service! Definitely be back!
