Bistro 115 - Waxahachie

Went out for a random night, our server (kaleigh) was amazing, friendly and able to hold a conversation. She ensured that we always had wine, the wine was chilled and served to a perfect level and ensured that our food was right and described the cooking processes. I ordered a New York stripe that had incredible value and was boiled to the most perfect medium I've ever had. We also had a honey glazed salmon served on asparagus, one of the best I ever had. Salmon was served medium and never frozen. The quality of this bistros is excellent and waits to visit my next excuse in the hope that I have the same server.

We had fired the wood Margarita Pizza and the lobster Ravioli. Both were excellent! The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely return.

Waitstaff is on point, formed and very knowledgeable, leading to specializations and pairings. The kitchen not only knows what they do, but also seems to enjoy their craft. I recommend this point not only for the discriminatory range. But also for the weekend foodie. Supplements to all. Dinner was wonderful.

First time last weekend here. Everything was fantastic! We were about 15 minutes early for our reservation, but were sitting immediately. A waitress was on our drinks order. My wine selection was very good, service was attentive (including a few check-ins from the manager to make sure everything was okay). We started with the Mussels who were very good. For my main course I had the lobster ravioli, which was amazing with carving of the sea red lobster above. My husband had Bolognese made with calf, pigs and lamb on the top of home pasta. It was so good! I also had one side of Ceasar Salat, which was exceptionally good....I am super picky as I make very good homemade dressing myself...this tasty house made like the croutons and the Parmesan was big, fresh shave, not the dried shredded stuff. We shared a piece of New York cheesecake for dessert... it was the real deal for a jersey bakery, not like the stuff they often serve in this area. We had a lot of food and wine, so our bill was not cheap, but for what we got, we thought it was very reasonable. Prices were less common for this type of dishes and a good wine. We will definitely come back!

Great place! Food was great, nice presentation. Wait staff was professional and personable. The crab cakes were great. The Salmon and scallops w/grits were perfect. If you are looking for good food and nice atmosphere this is the place to be! Can't wait to go again!!
