Feedback gevenI visited the drive-thru and ordered two identical kids' meals. However, they forgot one of the sodas, so I had to order it separately. When we got home, one of the kids' meals was missing the main item and only included fries. Our granddaughter was quite disappointed and upset, which made for a really bad experience. I will not be returning to this location; it definitely needs better management!
I visited the drive-thru and was pleased with how quickly the line moved. My custom order was prepared hot and according to my specifications. The staff member I encountered was courteous and professional. Overall, my food was enjoyable. I've consistently experienced above-average service at this location.
It might be better to call it "Whatsleftburger." They often run out of basic menu items. Alternatively, "What You See Is What You Get Burger" could work, as it's rare to receive the correct order when using the drive-thru.
Burgers from warming drawers are never good. Barely room temperature. Special orders are the only way to get hot and fresh.
The drive-thru line was reasonable it wasn't syper fast, but we didn't have to wait as long as others have indicated. Everything was fresh hot. Employee was friendly courteous. Perhaps they are listening responding to the issuse of thier customers.
