Mcdonald's - Waxhaw

I’ve been waiting all year for the return of the McRib, and with the McDonald's app and carside pickup, it couldn't be more convenient! Within just 5 minutes of my arrival, my food was delivered straight to my car. The staff was friendly and even reminded me to check the bag. What more could you ask for?

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, but I was served an iced caramel macchiato instead. While it was good, it wasn't what I had actually ordered.

The customer service is excellent—staff are kind and courteous, even during busy periods. They go the extra mile to resolve any order mistakes. I also appreciate that the cashiers adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for customers.

I wouldn't recommend using the curbside service here. They simply don't bring the food out, and I've received various excuses that don't make any sense. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging; I've been there myself. However, this situation is quite frustrating. I usually don't leave reviews, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and it hasn't worked out.

It's a nice McDonald's, but the lack of staff at the front makes it feel quite impersonal.
