Arby's - Waycross

The service at The in Waycross is great, but the two sandwiches I ordered were lacking in beef.

Excellent customer service! We had a party of six, and the young man who attended to us was very friendly. The food was fresh and served hot. Outstanding job!

I experienced the situation like this: Initially, the lines were quite long, but the food was definitely worth the wait. Once I finally got my lunch, the managers were attentive and took care of me during my lengthy wait. I also noticed that even with the long drive-thru line, they managed to serve us quickly. I must mention that Steven was exceptional; he called out my order, and when he realized he had forgotten something, he quickly made sure to fix it. Thank you, Steven! It's clear they are improving.

The food as good the girl behind the counter was awesome. There was a strong smell of propane but they said it was the sewer gas coming back in Hated that they were working in that atmosphere. Good place!

Usually one of my faves but I was disappointed with this delivery. My order was all wrong and as it was door dashed it was nearly impossible to fix. Everything else besides my meal was correct and for that reason alone I'll give this visit a 3.
