I've had a frustrating experience during my last three visits to this restaurant. There always seems to be an issue, whether it's the long wait for our drinks, the food arriving much later than expected, or incorrect orders. My mother had to step up and remind them to take our drink orders! When the food does arrive, it's tasty, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

When I asked our waitress, Lucy, about the delay, she responded defensively, saying they were busy and she was doing her best. While we understood they were busy, there was no reason for her to be rude when I simply inquired about our order. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, and we didn't have any drinks because we had finished them earlier. Lucy didn’t check on us during that hour or provide updates on our order. I requested to speak with the manager, who came over but didn’t seem much more helpful. He offered to comp our meal, but I was ready and willing to pay; I simply wanted decent service. I told him I was there for good food and service, not for a free meal. It’s unacceptable for staff to be rude to customers and then try to brush it off with a free meal. I believe this behavior should be addressed with employees. The manager suggested that I shouldn't leave Lucy a tip, as if that would make a significant difference in a busy restaurant. At that point, it was clear that nothing would be done, so I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, if ever. Brought the wrong food . Was cold and didn't seem to care just made excuses. Wont be back. The tacos were gross. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
