Dunkin' - Waycross

This could be the best customer service I experienced here tonight! The two women who worked, I didn't get their names, we're so incredibly sweet. I felt bad because I went through about 15 minutes before their closure, and I just asked them to do me whatever they feel like they were doing me because they were not the ones I originally wanted. The drink was absolutely delicious, cried to you girls who made it for me. I also needed to change my daughters, and I asked if I could come in and change, they were more than happy to let me in. I felt so bad because it was so close to closing, but they were more than happy to help me.

The women who work today are fantastic, they are unaffected, but put in every effort to meet the needs of customers and service with a smile. I love the girls of Dunkin! I hope they know how incredibly talented they are and how happy they make my morning! Best coffee and prices in the city!

Good service. Just passed through town to get something since we didn't live. We got our donuts back on the street. Watched as a beautiful clean place good customer service

Received a dried up bagel with a paper thin spread of vegetable cream cheese. CS told me to drive up because he couldn't hear me. Didn't ask anything what I needed, what I wanted. Didn't give me any napkins. I had to remind him that I ordered a coffee as well Please train your young employees better.

The people who waited on us were very nice, but the owners are jerks. All of the leftovers are thrown out and people go dumpster diving to get perfectly good food. They will not donate anything to local food banks or shelters either. Also they no longer have ice cream.
