Feedback gevenThe food was excellent, and the customer service was also quite good. My only issue was the pricing; the food felt a bit expensive, especially since they don't offer complimentary appetizers like free bread or biscuits, which you would find at places like Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, and other upscale restaurants. I think they should consider providing free bread, similar to what Long Horn Steakhouse does, given the prices they charge. Overall, though, it was a fantastic experience.
The service was fast, staff was courteous….Most of the time I like the things I try. The lemonade tasted sugar free. My stir fry wasn’t well seasoned and I ordered southwest tacos and the steak didn’t have flavor and they loaded the tacos with cheese. The wings were good this time so was the fries and southwest egg rolls. I also tried a drink from the bar it was good.
I would definitely give them a five if they were more family friendly. We do not like being around alcohol and profanity. Our food was excellent! We will go back but will try to see if there is a more quiet place for us to sit.
Sat afternoon we stood in the Fourier for 20-30 minutes before anyone asked us about the in our party. Then 15-20 minutes later they took us to the new expansion portion which was virtually empty except for a couple tables. Now the front part was slammed. The smoking section wasn't full, but had a good crowd. We saw waitresses steady going back there. But there weren't hardly any anywhere in the new addition. Then about 30 minutes after we'd finished our meal, they brought me the check. Rule 1 in any business is not to make it hard for your customers to pay you. Food was good. But the management's manpower scheduling was pathetic! There was a couple of hours that we could have been doing something else. The group with me had a long drive to make when they left there. I won't be back for a while.
Went there for lunch with a group. We’re seated right away and drink orders taken. The waitress was training someone today and we said we didn’t mind. Took forever to get drinks and then our tables were completely ignored until after 12:00 when we had been seated by 11:30. Finally the waitress came and got our orders, which had all changed in the interest of time as everyone had limited time to eat there. Again, the waitress left us alone, no refills, and we had to chase down other waitresses because ours did not come back to the table. We finally asked could we pay and just get the food to go as we had to be out of there by 1 and they were quick to take our money and added in a tip among other fees, especially if you used a card. Then our food sat at the bar as a pickup order until it was cold and one of us had to chase someone down again to even pick up the food. No apology from our waitress, no offer of refills on empty drinks, no offer of comp for an over hour wait when everyone else around us, including another similar sized party, got their food and paid. Our table was right by a main walkway but everyone acted as if we weren’t there. We also couldn’t reach a manager to let them know of our complaints. High prices did not justify the wait on food and the lousy service.
