Big Boy - Wayland

I had the best customer service experience ever at this restaurant! I am giving it 3 stars because of the food quality. Unfortunately, it appeared that the meat was not fresh, possibly a couple of days old. The bacon was terrible, falling apart into small pieces, and the sausage links were so tough that they couldn't be cut even with a fork or teeth. On the bright side, the eggs and biscuits were delicious.

The food was mediocre and some of our order was missing. The waitress was only seen when she was preparing to close the restaurant, despite there still being a few hours left. There were no refills on drinks and the atmosphere was unpleasant with four waitresses, including the manager, talking loudly and rudely about customers and other employees. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

The best customer service of all time! the ground for the 3 stars is because of the food. it seemed like the meat was 2 days old. I ordered breakfast, the speck was terrible that he was broken into small pieces, the sausage links would not even cut with a fork or their teeth, which they were rubber. the eggs and cookies were perfect.

Eating was not very good and we did not get a few of our order, the only time we saw the waitress when they close the table stuff for that (that was not for a few hours), no refilling on drinks, 4 waiters (including manager) loud and rude about customers and other employees. was not a good experience? are we not going back?

Went to have lunch today item I wanted didn't have any of and hadn't had any for awhile if your not going have a menu item take it off the menu then second choice we wanted they said not available on weekend and it did not say that on menu!!!! What horrible service not having 2 things on the menu !!!! Manager did nothing about it either no wonder big boy is going downhill and waitresses talk to friends and not wait on guest right away I will avoid this place for sure!!!!
