Biggby Coffee - Wayland

I prefer Biggby over Starbucks, any day. Super ButterBear on ice is my favorite. Never had an issue.

The barista’s did not acknowledge me in line. I was the third person in line at 8:20 AM this morning. They help the first two people and then ignored me for at least 5 minutes until I decided to turn around and leave. They could’ve said hi and let me know. It would be a few minutes instead they decided to ignore.

Superrrrrr slow! Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. I was the 2nd car in line and the car in front of me only got 2 items and so did I. We were also never greeted.

Staff is super friendly! Place is clean! Coffee is delicious especially raspberry coffee, it’s a little spice I loved !

Makes my day to get yummy coffee and all staff are amazing every time i go!! Feel welcomed every time!!!
