Awful experience. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery of two grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids, who are home sick. After an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver was just leaving (only 3 minutes away). But another half hour passed before she finally arrived. When I paid the $15 order with a $20 bill, she told me there was no change available and took the food back! Seriously, who does that?! Bagel Os really needs to get it together. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this terrible place.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and tasted fantastic.

As a contractor, I've become something of a bagel expert thanks to my visits to numerous places. Bagel Os is my go-to spot for consistently delicious sandwiches.

The service was terrible. The older gentleman at the front was rude and was mumbling something under his breath when I requested a darker, well-done bagel. I won’t be returning here again.

Unimpressed, food is average, counterperson gave me someone’s sandwich that had been sitting there for 5-10 min vs the fresh one that came out because they were too busy trying to entertain everyone else.
