I ordered a bowl with plant protein and guacamole and hardly got anything yet, although I paid extra. they really don't understand any portion sizes. my friend got three tacos and they hadn't done many too. mainly only looked acid. they also hardly gave chips in the bag. would not recommend this place at all.
Of them ordered on the app, 40~ minutes before they closed I order my order. they were too unbutted, I guess I mean burrito even close to what I asked. they gave me the wrong meat, and they didn't even pack it, just put it in a bowl and gave me a hot tortilla. they also left the chips, but somehow gave me the queen I had ordered.
I go to chipitle once in the week and I can say that this is the worst in the northern nj. the personal always looks like they want to go home with negative settings and faces. my gf and I notice a good piece worker we nickname “Rationers” when we go because we know that we are about to get awful portion sizes. the portion size problem is so bad that we get free meals from the chipotle customer service through the small portioning. when they go to another chipotle operation, they get enough food in their bowl to get full and have plenty left. the wayne chipotle makes them feel that we are under time food ration restrictions. at the end of the day the employees and owners probably do not care because they get the worst reviews in the north nj and nothing has changed in years. avoid this chipotle when they drive through willowbrook.
Dreadful service! they women work focused on talking to their friends standing between customers. another was on a video call and took her time to restock the missing items. the line was out of the door and it didn't matter to them. they were out of the flesh I had ordered so that she was one piece there and covered it with the bons. then took my bowl and pushed her away from the other young lady to tell her that she did nothing else with the order. it was my first time at this place and the last. I looked at the reviews and saw that many of the young women had experienced the same rude and evil attitude. it is sad because it actually worked two ladies. one was on command in the back, the other was on the front and was just as shocked about the other employee behavior.
Usually don’t ever have problems with his Chipotle but there was some sort of alarm beeping pretty loud the entire time I was in there. I asked the cashier about the noise and he said “oh no it never turns off it… you just get used to it.” They also ran out of queso because it wasn’t ready.
