Feedback gevenPlaced an order at about 11:07 because i saw they closed at 12. Got a notification that my order was cancelled. I called and i was in the middle of telling them i placed an order etc and the man cut me off while i was talking and told me he didnt care, hehad no drivers, food put away and every excuse in the world. Just be thoughtful and then explain yourself is all. Wouldnt ofwrote this review. Have a good night domino?s
I have visited this place. However, I couldn 't succeed in ordering. I couldn?t understand the person in the counter and I asked him repeatedly the question. The person in the counter walked away. I felt he is very rude at that point of time and I said tocancel my order and came out. I was very much disappointed and also felt to give bad review. However, I stopped while pressingthe post button. I imagined from his perspective and felt that he might be working long hours and may be having difficulty inpronouncing the words or may be I was not used to his ascent. He did come back to counter after a lady there spoke to him andsent him back to counter. I must have been ordered in my phone ahead and picked the order at counter. It should 've been conflictfree. Unfortunately my phone battery dead during that time. Though I am not supporting him for his behavior but I do support forhis commitment of work. I love to go there again when I come to Pennsylvania, but I make sure to order in phone, which can makehis job easier. I appreciate if Domino 's can find some solution to avoid these kind of conflicts.
So incredibly rude. My order was canceled as they do not have any delivery drivers. Not sure how they can't find anybody to deliver pizza, they charge $4 for delivery and get a tip on top of that. They charged my credit card even though they were theones that canceled my order. Apparently the manager has no control to reimburse me. She was very rude as well. I'm onlylooking for my money back.
Worst customer service we ever got.male person today at 7:40 pm was so rude. He put veggies after baking pizza and we told him. He said we don?t want it and this guy said I am calling cops. We said ok go ahead. We told him we don?t want pizza please refundit and he was not willing to do so. We always order from this store. Girl working there is so nice and smiling but this guy wasnot good. For owner as franchisee I don?t want to review negative but this guy was very rude. Very rude staff. Multiple times having the employees say very rude things to me, and most of the times the orders take an hour plus to be done, when the original timeframe is no more than 25 minutes. One time I never received my pizza, because theydecided to shut down in the middle of the day and the money had already been taken out of my account. When I called for arefund, they said sure but never did, called a few more times with no answer. Finally I just had to dispute the charge with mybank.
