Kfc - Waynesboro

I must admit, I love KFC, been eating it since I was a child. Im 51 now and whatever this team just did, blows me away. Possibly the best and juiciest Ive ever had! Thank you KFC team in Waynesboro VA!

I dont normally like to leave bad reviews, I have worked in fast food and I know how terrible the job can sometimes be. However, with that said... My recent order of the $20 Fill Up Box from this restaurant needs to be addressed. First it somehow arrived cold, and given it was 96 degrees yesterday, thats no small feat. Second, I could have given the biscuits to David in his fight with Goliath... they were that hard, and the "new" chicken nuggets werent too far behind. The French fries were, cold, hard AND bland, like I was chewing on a bunch of sticks. Lastly Im a big fan of honey mustard and specified I wanted all 4 dips to be just that, instead I got a variety that just ended up trashed. Ive been a fan of KFC for quite some time, but given the state this order arrived in... I guess Ill be loving that chicken from Popeyes from here on. IF I could give zero or even negative stars... I would.

No chicken in the famous bowl, no ice in the tea. They always forget something or mess something up.

We didnt get biscuits and i ordered extra gravy and didnt receive that either. but everything was good as usual.

Fast service. Typical good KFC Fast Food. Chicken small was hardly a stripe and was 50 bungalow
