Good, but this particular location was freezing this past Friday. We had to get our food to go because it was far too cold to eat inside. Perhaps this was intentional by staff?Otherwise, the food is good and our orders have been accurate when we pass through town.
It was a nightmare,first we ordered and she wasn't the friendliest,we ordered and we got our food .The fries where old tasting ?then my sandwich was missing lettuce and tomatoes,so my other half went up the lady said they have none and that there supposed to be recall ?he said why didn't you say anything she said I don't have to,so we asked for money and they will mail you a gift 7 business days What kind of business they are running ,We lost 20.and change.He ate his burger it was OK but me had to eat somewhere else?
Been second time with no lettuce for the sandwiches. To The management, can't you go across the street to martins or krogers and buy a case of lettuce from them, get head lettuce if you can get your regular lettuce that Wendy's uses. People want that lettuce that we're paying for.
Paid $20 for NOTHING. Going through the drive thru, order two meals. After waiting 10 min, two grubby, grease soaked bags were brought to our car. They were so gross, we asked for our money back. They said they could not do a refund but would leave a note for the manager who would contact the home office who would send us a gift card. I will be VERY surprised if we receive anything.STAY AWAY!
