Bojangles - Waynesville

Horrible. The manager is very rude. The food was hard and very dry like it had been sitting for hours. Don't recommend. I will never go back. The manager was even rude to other customers while I was eating in the dining room.

I have never gone to this Bojangles and gotten the correct order the first time. And even when the food is hot and fresh (and that isn't even every time) the service is just ok. Twice someone who was likely a manager was loudly telling off the girl atthe drive thru for things she didn't even do wrong. The girl at the drive thru was slow but very kind and didn't need to bespoken to that way.

I have ordered the same meal every morning at almost the same time every morning for a year now and was just told that they don't do them untill 9 am which was a lie. After waiting in a line for 30 minutes. Just went to another Bojangels same town. Gotexactly what I wanted and it still isn't 9am. Just wanted to back up that I was lied to.

We had a very unfortunate experience with this store. We ordered online, and were told the order would be ready at 7:30 PM. I arrived shortly before 7:30. I was told they didn't have my order. When I tried to place an order Wait for it I wastold that the store had closed at SEVEN PM!!!

Bojangles has the best chicken on the planet. Source my spouse Carole, a five star chicken hawk expert. Their biscuits are also in a class by themselves. Do not miss the egg, sausage and cheese biscuit, or bacon if you prefer. Sorry chicken fil a, you donot even come close.
