Dodge City Steakhouse Waynesville

Arrived just after opening… stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and never seen another soul except other customers waiting as well. Would give negative stars of possible. Not mention the vent hood caked with grease so bad that it’s draining down the roof. If there is that much grease in the hood alone I don’t even want to see the rest of the kitchen. This place is despicable. The owners should be ashamed to even open the doors. The 3 photos posted are literally at the front door ???

We were on vacation and stopped in here. I got a country fried steak dinner and it was delicious.

Food was good, my only complaint is the online ordering system as it pertains to chicken tips. When ordering no peppers and 'no onions is already highlighted so I unchecked the boxes so that I would get peppers and onions. On my order summary it shows chicken tips with no modifications and on my email/paper receipt it shows no no peppers and no no onions . The result is no onions or peppers on my order. Even by the receipt print no no peppers and no no onions should have peppers and onions because by grammar logic a double negative should cancel each other out.

Okay, I'm only giving 4 stars because they didn't have wifi for customers. Service: Anna was my family's waitress. She was GREAT everything we needed she provided. Food: Everything we ordered was made to perfection. I'm kinda picky when it comes to my steak. But when we received our food I was surprised to see I didn't have a single complaint. Atmosphere: very cute, cozy place to have lunch or dinner. They have a very southern style atmosphere, and it's just an all-around cozy place to eat. I really wish I could have given a 5 stare review here, but the no wifi thing just kinda got me.

We stopped in to this restaurant yesterday for the first time we ordered our food and the salmon came out wasn't quite done management came out met with us made it right remade our salmons and took care of us He made sure we were happy with the quality of food and service before he walked away from our table a wonderful new manager he has just taken over give him a shot
