Maggie's Galley Seafood - Waynesville

While the food was good, it didn't quite reach the next level. The shrimp and pasta dishes could have used more seasoning, but the sautéed greens were excellent. The waitstaff were friendly, and although I prefer fresh ingredients over frozen for frying—since they're often cheaper and easier to work with—their preparation was well done. A 4-star rating feels appropriate. There was nothing wrong with the meal, but nothing extraordinary either.

The service, food, and cocktails were all absolutely outstanding. We went for dinner on a weekday evening and arrived just before 5 PM. We were greeted warmly, seated right away, and served promptly. My wife and I shared a platter and an appetizer, and the cocktails were spot on. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food and a fantastic staff who were attentive and communicated well about our dining experience.

The service was outstanding, and the prices were clearly displayed, so unless the place is terrible, I don’t expect seafood to be inexpensive! My ribeye was incredible, and the six grilled shrimp were a perfect way to round off the meal. I’m already planning my next visit! Great job, Maggie's Galley!

Delicious eating, wonderful sweet staff, great portions, and what is quite likely the cleanest and best smelling bathroom. I know the last part is weird, but I know if the bathroom is so impeccable. so is the kitchen. the prices were very fair. they have great options of full, half-sized, lunch and children's dinner. I did not go with my family of 4 eating seafood, and this is amazing in her herself. definitiw with a stop

Called ahead to be sure they had food my elderly mother could eat (she has a swallowing disorder), we 're from a long ways away. Get there. Very few in the restaurant when we 're seated, we 're told they 're all out ... I was a mile away when I called. THEN the waiter bright the tea... we explained we were leaving, that he wouldn 't charge us for the tea, um, no you won 't, we didn 't touch them. Would not recommend at all.
