While the cake itself was acceptable, the overall experience left much to be desired. If you decide to voice a complaint here, be prepared for a dismissive reaction. I anticipate that the owner will respond to this review as she typically does, reflecting her attitude towards customer feedback. If you look back at previous reviews, you’ll see a pattern of others having similar negative experiences.

Yikes. This was the worst cannoli I've ever tasted; both the shell and the filling were just not right. The cupcakes and cookies were decent, but nothing to write home about.

I was unexpectedly charged an additional dollar a few days later, and I have no idea why. Ultimately, my powdered coffee, which was stale, cost me nearly $6. Be sure to monitor your credit card statements.

Great staff and good sweets! If I could give 4.5 stars instead of 4 I would. My only complaint is that the little shop area upstairs is cute but not really kid friendly. Lots of vulgar words and suggestive sayings. Funny stuff , but awkward when you want to stop in with kids for a treat.
