Starbucks - WAYZATA

I absolutely adore this Starbucks and go there every day! The staff always greets me warmly, and I really enjoy this place. My coffee is always served hot and with a smile!

Vegetarian options: As is typical for Starbucks, they offer soy milk as well as what I believe are coconut and almond milk. They also have a variety of vegetarian snacks available, such as sandwiches and cheese platters. For vegan snack options, you can choose a plain bagel with avocado spread.

I got up to order and requested a Matcha green tea. Upon arriving at the window to pay and receive my order, I realized I had been given the wrong drink. The employee proceeded to go back and make the correct drink, however, she poured the new drink into the same cup as the previous one and handed it to me without any napkin or cleaning, causing the drink to spill and foam. The whole experience was unprofessional and the employee's attitude was rude. This was not the first time I had a negative experience at this location, but I had previously attributed it to a bad day. However, I decided I will not be returning to this location ever again.
