The Star Inn - Wealden

We were a group of 12 people celebrating Mother's Day at 6:30 pm and I have to say, the food was incredible and the service was outstanding! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I went out for a three-course dinner for £10. It was great value for money, but there were a couple of things that let it down. The mash was very lumpy, so I didn't eat it. Additionally, the service was okay until it was time to pay the bill. We waited a long time to pay, and when we finally asked for it, the server rolled her eyes at us.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic three-course Valentine's meal at this restaurant. The value was incredible, a perfect 10/10. Everything was amazing and I am so happy with the experience. This place has now become my favorite dining venue and I will definitely be returning.

Exceptionally good value. Basic but good quality three course meal for late lunch on Valentine’s Day. Very well kept Harvey’s Best. Friendly service.

You seriously can’t beat this place for a tenner and the food you get, all of which is really good! You have to try it for yourself, can’t go wrong for the price! And it’s so pretty in the countryside.
