In town for a quick trip and stopped for a late meal. Great service! Typical meals but cooked well.
I placed a to-go order, and the process was simple. My son picked up the food, but when we got home, we realized we were missing the fries that came with two of the chicken crispers. My kids suggested I shouldn’t call to complain, given the current situation. Despite that, we enjoyed our Mother's Day lunch at home, and we plan to place another to-go order soon.
The food was delicious, and the service was equally impressive. Our server, Brittany, always wore a smile and had a lighthearted joke to share, which kept us laughing. I tend to drink a lot of water—around five glasses—but not once did my glass go empty.
I’m giving this particular Chili's a three-star rating overall. I usually have a great time at this location, but my last visit was an absolute nightmare. I felt like I was on a reality show called "The Boiling Point," just waiting for someone to hand me $1,000 for putting up with everything. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Our waitress brought us nine drinks for five people because she kept mixing them up. The silverware was dirty, and my chicken was cold the first time. The second time, it came with hair in it, which was so upsetting I was on the verge of tears. I really love Chili's; it used to be one of my favorites until this incident. I genuinely hope the management and staff have figured out what went wrong that day and have made improvements, because if not, I won't be returning.
