Chili's Grill - Weatherford

I placed a to-go order, and the process was simple. My son picked up the food, but when we got home, we realized we were missing the fries that came with two of the chicken crispers. My kids suggested I shouldn’t call to complain, given the current situation. Despite that, we enjoyed our Mother's Day lunch at home, and we plan to place another to-go order soon.

The waitstaff here is consistently friendly, and your food arrives quickly. There's a wide variety of options to suit any budget. It's a fantastic spot for dining with friends or family! The kids' menu includes photos, making it easy for little ones to choose what they want, and the back features activities that engage the whole family!

The side salads are always complimentary, and I've consistently received excellent service. It's been a pleasant experience every time I visit this Chili's.

I saw her enter our order right after we placed it, so I don’t blame her for what happened next. We waited about 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and by that point, the restaurant was nearly empty—there were maybe three or four tables occupied. To make matters worse, the fajitas were underwhelming, and some of our sides and add-ons were missing or incorrect. The only part of the meal that was on point was the wine and mixed drinks we ordered from the bar—thanks to the wonderful bartender I mentioned before. It seemed like she was the only one still working after the dinner rush. Was it such a hectic rush that the kitchen fell apart as the shift wound down? I don’t know, but it definitely wasn’t the best way to end our night. I left a generous tip and hope she didn’t have to share it with anyone else, since it appeared she was the only one on duty. Management, please note that just because we came in after the rush doesn’t mean we should be served cold leftovers. I wanted to relax and enjoy my Chili's experience without the chaos of a busy dining rush. We love Chili's for its good food and ambiance, and I’ve always found it to be a reliable choice. This time, though, I left feeling a bit let down and disappointed. I’ll definitely come back in the hope that this was just an off night. Better luck next time, and thank you to the bartender for keeping things together for both us and the restaurant!

The food was delicious, and the service was equally impressive. Our server, Brittany, always wore a smile and had a lighthearted joke to share, which kept us laughing. I tend to drink a lot of water—around five glasses—but not once did my glass go empty.
