Terri was fantastic! Feeling welcomed by friendly staff is very important to us, and they certainly delivered. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time. Since we're new to the area and have tried a few different places, I can confidently say we won't be going anywhere else now.

This restaurant has the most amazing staff! Unfortunately, customers sometimes treat them poorly, even though they haven't done anything wrong. I'd give them a 10/10 for their fantastic positive attitude. I witnessed one lady making fun of an employee for the way they walk, and that’s just not right. The pizza is almost always fantastic, and if there’s ever an issue, the staff is incredibly kind and quick to fix it. They often go above and beyond, and sometimes even offer extra items as compensation. I saw one customer receive two free pizzas because the order didn't meet her standards. There's also an employee who manages the register despite having a broken arm — he works so hard and is so friendly. If I could leave a review just for staff, he would be my number one choice. They even give out free cookies for kids!

Their pizza pickup portal paired with the app is fantastic. Just enter the code and you're good to go! You can skip any interaction with staff. I always order the deep pepperoni, and it never disappoints. I've heard that their stuffed crazy bread is a bit small and you only get three pieces, so I usually stick to the regular crazy bread. The Batman Calzony was incredible!

I placed my order through the app for a 5 pm pickup, but for some reason, it showed that I could pick it up at 3:28 pm. After a bit of confusion, I arrived at 5 pm, explained the situation, and Terri and her team kindly remade my order at no extra cost. I did try to call, but Terri and her team handled everything wonderfully! The service was fantastic! Thank you, Terri and team, for the delicious pizza!

This restaurant has been experiencing staffing shortages for several weeks, but the team has really stepped up to the challenge. They always greet me with a smile and go the extra mile, even during peak hours, ensuring I have everything I need. Terry (I’m not completely sure about the spelling) was particularly kind tonight. Even though the restaurant was closing, she offered me a couple of extra pizzas and sold me one anyway. I was having a really tough day, and her kindness truly lifted my spirits. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service here. It might take a little longer to get your order, but honestly, who can complain when the pizza is both delicious and reasonably priced?
