Eluvium Brewing Company - Weaverville

Another great brewery in Weaverville! We got the opportunity to stop in this past weekend. Definitely some great beers on tap. I’m a huge fan of Hefeweizen’s and this one was on point! They also had a great pils and some dark beers to try.

Stopped by for a hot pretzel with queso and a Hazy ipa. Friendly staff great food.

This is a cool spot! One of the very few breweries that actually has AC/Fan inside, so coming here in the summer is actually enjoyable!Great staff, drinks, and fun casual atmosphere.

Great little place in a small town. We've seen 2 bartenders and both have been great. Good beer and they have food. Food was good. Some of it was a little bland but they have hot sauce, so it helped!My only pet peeve is the spelling/grammar errors on their draft board. Blonde is splet blond, juice box says juice box's, mimosa says mimosas...just small things that we would recommend changing for such a big tourist spot.We definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
