Feedback gevenA fantastic mcdonalds if they do not care about an inaccurate order, slow service or cold eating. TL;DR: management gave on the business, and company / owner cannot harass to check on them. when they go after midnight, there is a better than average chance that they will be 'll closed because the system is down for which they claim anywhere between 30 minutes (it is never so short and 4 hours, while the entire layer staff outside the smoking. a simple order (a double hamburger is routinely filled or get lukewarm, and ordering fries is apparently no longer standard, nor should they expect to be hot. They gave up (and refuse to do the service of stickers on their hot apple pies long before and routinely serve cakes that are dried hard like peanuts, and ask if because when they go into the register, they are ignored or treated as they expect a last for someone to take their order. you better eat from the gas station over the road.
Friendly service in the car thru, much of the time a very sweet dame. not so much when they are someone else but they remain busy. I'm clear. but the food quality often lacks. it seems to be thrown together, burger overseasoned, special requests ignored, and if they are after the softest light cookies and the dame don't go to park themselves its crispy cookies: large back parking. next to the restaurant.
One of the worst mcdonalds I've ever had. I feel very bad for the people who want to work there. it looked like there was no managment and absolutely no training. order was completely wrong, they had run out of the dings and had to “substitute” others, they had no idea how to use the app/reward system, also I had to tell the cooking staff what was the “special requirement” because the cashiers did not. a worker did not know where the cream was for coffee, I had to tell her “I think they get it from the machine, there are not these small creamer packs here”. a person in front of me said they would wait 15 minutes before I even got there and waited for it after I had received my wrong order. we ordered kekse and gravy and waited 10 minutes only to say: "oh we are out, they want a muffin or something?" it was just a catastrophe. need better training and management.
This place is amazing. I wanted to get a command from pommes after work. they were closed for 24 hours despite advertising. I rarely make fast food, but a few days later I decided to try again. closed again. Now I was curious and I didn't want to see if they were open or not. 17 times I passed in 6 weeks between 2:15 and 4:30 on the way to home and they were not even open. I will see if I can make vegas to place bets if these youngs actually take an order. five stars to leave because I want to renounce the personal for the payment to remain closed, which seems to be the majority of their layer. the hours you earned.
Whenever I've politely asked for anything, even items I had ordered and paid for but didn't receive, I can almost always expect eye rolls and rude attitudes in response. I really dislike writing negative reviews, but this place is consistently awful and not worth the cost. After the frustrating experience I had with their app today, I don't plan on returning. I would recommend going somewhere else entirely.
