I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was of excellent quality and incredibly refreshing. It was my first time at this location, and it was certainly worth the visit. The packaging was superb and easy to manage, which I truly appreciated. I can’t wait to try more items on my next trip. I've visited over ten bubble tea shops in the past year, and this one is definitely among the best I’ve found. If the staff could show a bit more friendliness, it would elevate the experience even further. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the staff's attitude, the products themselves deserve a perfect 10 out of 10, which is why I’m giving it a 5-star rating!

The restaurant offers ample dining space, but their drinks could use some enhancement. I tried the Sago Mango Green Tea with Pudding, and I was disappointed to find very little sago and almost no pudding in it. Despite requesting 50% sugar, it still came out overly sweet. It appears they don’t have the same promotions as other locations, and there aren’t many deals to be found. The service was also somewhat slow. On the bright side, the dining area is pleasant, and there’s plenty of parking available.

This CoCo's location does an outstanding job of making bubble tea! The staff are extremely patient, quick, and accommodating. The drinks are delicious, and I frequently find myself ordering from here! My absolute favorite drinks are the Matcha Milk Tea, Strawberry Black Tea, and Taro Milk Tea!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I requested extra cream for my taro, they denied my request without any reasonable explanation. They ignored me and made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. I still can't comprehend why they wouldn't fulfill such a simple request. Overall, it was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
