The manager and employee Supreet provide the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I come here frequently as it’s the only salad location in the mall. First they will not give you a combo with a vegan smoothie (they charge extra) when the combo is already $20. And The Sherway location will give you either vegan or dairy for the combo price. Second I asked for dressing on the side. I got half a container, I asked for another, Supreet told me I would have to pay extra…. I let her know if she was to put the dressing on the salad I would be given far more dressing than what she was providing. She would do not give me more. So I had her put the dressing on the salad which I didn’t want in case it goes soggy. Also did not want to pay extra for an ounce of salad dressing.I tried calling customer service and the phone number provided- with option 9 going to cultures states no voicemail set up. Obviously this whole banner does not care to deal with customer issues.

I was just here. Ordered a oriental salad. They told me after they made it that they didn't have the dressing (Asian sesame) so they used balsamic instead. I did not like it, asked for a refund and they refused. They kept insisting I choose another item on their menu but I did not want anything else just my money back. The cashier stated that the manager does not allow refunds at all. So I gave them back the salad and left empty handed and $15 out. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager won't be in until 3pm and it was 12:15pm. I told her I wouldn't be around to wait and that I will call head office then. All of a sudden the lady says no no no come and get a refund ?. I will never recommend or come here again. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with , and will not give this place any business. This happened November 10th, 2022 at 12:15pm.

This is my favourite place to get a strawberry banana smoothie tastes better than from anywhere else I’ve ever gotten one from. I think what makes it so good is all the frozen yogurt they add keep up the good work Cultures! My mom and I always get a smoothie when we’re out shopping at Square One together… they’re just that good!!

Not sanitary at all. My wrap was really cold and I asked them to remake it and she just rewarmed my wrap (even though I bit into it). I asked for a refund because wrap was still cold and even said I would give the wraps back but she declined. Don’t come here lol the people that work here don’t understand the diseases that can spread through saliva. Disgusting

I had a delicious garden salad sandwich that was really good. I wanted a small salad, but they said it wasn’t available despite it being listed on the menu. However, I ended up really enjoying the sandwich!
