Staff is rude, not willing to serve. Face looks horrible, has no smile, always wants to work less, and go home early. Speaks Indian to the chefs behind, making complaints thinking customers do not understand.

Very dissatisfied with the Tuesday special deal which comes with a drumstick, thigh and small fries. KFC took the meat portion out very carefully from the thigh leaving a small amount of meat on the bone covered in a thick coating of breadcrumbs.This must be the latest trick from KFC.

When I got there on time, the store told me I have to wait for another 25-30min because the chicken is cooking. During the waiting time, I started to see other people getting chicken combos served. So I turned back to the counter and asked for mine order around 3:05 pm. Same answer need a 20-30min wait time. The only difference is I’m using a promotion to get 6 pc free chicken and other people are not using coupons. How hard can it be to make 6 piece of chicken? It is called fast food for a reason?

Please avoid. Wasted my hard earned $16+. The staff is full of untrained people. Chicken is undercooked, I saw people in the kitchen room was using bare hands to pick chicken pieces and serving it to customers.
