Last time, I swung by this McDonald's and ordered their Poutine. I was really looking forward to it, but sadly, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Feeling a bit disappointed, I decided to share my thoughts in their customer satisfaction survey, not really anticipating much of a response.But then, something incredible happened! Within no time at all, I received a lightning-fast reply from Assistant Manager Rupanshi at this McDonald's. She was eager to understand exactly what had gone wrong with my meal and wasted no time in offering me a replacement that was guaranteed to satisfy my cravings.I was absolutely blown away! Having been a loyal McDonald's customer for well over a decade, I'd never encountered such a warm and accommodating level of customer service at any other McDonald's location. It left me genuinely touched.From now on, you can bet I'll continue to choose this McDonald's for my meals, and I won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in search of that classic McDonald's experience. Kudos to Rupanshi and the entire team here!

I order using app mayo with my meal, mayo cost is 0$ however when I drove through they requested money for mayo!!! They said app is 0 for mayo but we charge for it!!! Fraud! Scam! For sure I didnt pay, and they didnnt give me mayoReason! Each Mc location in different, but app is one app for everone!!Bad management with cheap unethical behaviors!

Just because it’s mcdonald’s ?very frustrating, kids dont like their work?! no smile and dont listen. as if order is always complicated. how come the training is like this?! poorly managed?! pls … and wrong order ? omg!

25Aug 11pm. 6 cars asked to park from drive thru as they had to cook fries. order came out 5mins later with fries 1/2 filled and forgot drink. should’ve got a refund but front doors were locked. agh.
