I got the Vegan burger. I tried this same burger from the same location about a year ago and it was AMAZING. This was one of my go to’s when I’m not eating meat. But idk what happened to their ingredients…. Did not match up ?. Plus the service was unfortunately not it. No one could tell me what the vegan and plant based patty was made from.Burger could of used more seasonings, and it kinda just fell apart as u bit into it.

This burger place is probably my favourite. Their fried chicken burger being the best burger I have EVER had. I would literally eat this at least once a week because it was SO good. I also really like the service. I usually order over the phone in advance and pick it up. During Ramadan, they even gave us some dates packed up and wrote Ramadan Mubarak on them, which I thought was incredibly sweet. I love this place!

I visited Ozzy’s yesterday for the first time and had a terrible experience. I ordered “paradise city” and following is what happened:1. When it comes to service, the front desk person saw me standing, i was there for good few minutes. She kept looking at me and talking to the chef but didn’t greet me or ask for my order. I had to interrupt her “important conversation” to place my order2. The grilled peppers the burger was supposed to come with were not put3. It was overwhelming seasoned with white pepper or similar tasting spice. It was extremely hard to swallow it down4. This was my only meal of the day, I vommitted all night long and had an upset stomach after eating. I caught terrible food poisoning…still experiencing symptoms5. Did make the complaint, but I was only offered with “you will get a better burger you come next time”Over all, worst experience I don’t recommend this place. Sorry but true story, they have the worst tasting burgers in GTA.P.S it did look good when it came, but don’t judge by the cover

Straightforward affair. Order in counter, wait for food. Guessing during busy times they'll just call your number so you can pick it up, as it were, it wasn't busy when I went so they just brought my order to me.Tried the lamb burger, it was excellent. Now gotta go back and try the rest.
