The girl who serves the customers at this Subway is pathetic. I mostly see her at night time. Please keep rotating the people working there. This girl doesn't know how to serve the customers and the way she talks is ridiculous. Zero respect and no manners at all. I love Subway always but at this location the customer service has to be taken care of. Otherwise the food is good.

Not a good customer service experience. The girl ran in my order wrong and instead of refundung me and ringing it in properly she bribed me with a 'discount ' for only one of the items so now I don 't know if I paid more than I should have. And no reason given for why she couldn 't give a refund.

Its a small take out subway inside Rabba store. They hav limited items. Had only two bread options available. City centre subway is nearby and much better with all varities. Deserves 3 stars but gave one extra as its the closest to my place.

Very disappointed to see that the girl making my sub was flinging her hair everywhere. I asked if they had a hair net policy and she responded by saying no ones asked her to wear one and there hasn't been any complaints about her hair in anyone's food. Can someone clarify for me if @subway has a hair net policy?
