I had a very bad experience with the service, I like the place, the truth is I like to play pool but I saw that the girls were serving everyone around us except us and I didn't know why and when the girl from the area we were in called In order for him to serve us, he shamelessly signaled no with his head. We are a Hispanic couple, I assumed to avoid dealing with our bad English. What a shame, I think we all have the right.

T was amazing! We had a larger group she kept our tabs straight.Service was impeccable. Next time I come back I’ll look for her to take care of

We are visiting from out of town and the “bouncer” had never seen a KENTUCKY ID. Keep in mind there was a big group of us and we all had REAL kentucky IDs. So, he took them to scan them and left us standing outside in the cold. They were dead in there, yet he was gone for way too long “scanning” our IDs and LOCKED HIMSELF IN THE OFFICE. The bartender was also sloppy drunk and cussing out a storm by the front door. She was slurring her words. One of my friends had gotten their first and didn’t get his ID scanned. He also sat there for 10 mins without being served. Super unprofessional environment. We left, don’t recommend giving them any money.
