Ferrari Pizza - Webster

During the quarantine, we ordered from this restaurant all the time. I became hooked on their chicken felle, while my friend couldn't get enough of the chicken sandwich. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is fantastic. We usually opt for pickup, and our orders are always ready on time.

Today I want the ferraris in webster I almost every week with a bucking young that we cruise our cars, I have never asked for military discounts but tonight I happen to see it on the website! I asked the waitress and she gets the manager who says female manager, no we didn't show her well on the website my information, she says, okay let her check with my manager her a picture of my message and it says for some time, she honors military comes back and says she spoke with her manager and they don't do it, but here's his phone number if they had any other questions when he was talking. tony my waitress is in order above the level terrible can not believe that you have made me do for a few mice that do not recognize a veteran, I'm sure you have veterans? in your family say what you did,OR didn’t do

I can't speak for all the locations but the quality of their food at the Webster location is wildly inconsistent. WILDLY. I've been about 10 times. When it's on, it's ON good flavor, good service, and chill atmosphete.But when it's bad, it's truly AWFUL pizza so burnt it's not really edible but they serve it to you anyhow; bottoms of pizza with so much pan/oven char that you all you taste is dirty oven; fried eggplant stacks that taste like fish rather than eggplant; and dirty tableware.Of the 10 times I've been, at least 4 have been terrible overall and 1 or 2 had something off about them.

I had the opportunity to speak with the general manager, who was fantastic and resolved the issue. I would give the GM and the food five stars, but the situation that led to this deserves only two stars. I encountered an unexpected $100 fee on my credit card, despite having a $100 gift card. It seems that the new system is currently incompatible with private gift cards. I wish we had been informed about this before placing our order or at the very least, had a sign at the entrance. However, the food was delicious.

Great menu great food selection and great taste. My cob salad with chicken was fantastic. Nice portion and everything very fresh. Our server was very good.
