Overall the food was good. You can make your own bowl to your liking. The server was stressed out when we were there. Not sure why they weren’t even that busy. The restroom smelled like a sewer pipe broke and it permeates to the restaurant

Almost did 3 star but to be fair this was my first time and the lack in seasoning on the food was on my part. I was not familiar with the way it works as far as picking your proteins and all the sauce choices. The ideal behind the concept though love. Advice for 1st timers ask questions! Restaurant was pretty hot and in need of lighting or something as it was a sad environment. Staff could use some smiles as well.

Genghis Grill is mediocre at best. The service was bland and the facility was dirty. The servers and table busters failed to clean the tables in a timely fashion which caused a huge hold up at the door. There was no sense of hurry in their minds. I give three stars solely based on the quality of food. It is delicious. I would not come back to this location, but I would definitely try a different location.

Food has been okay the last few times. The floors always feel a little slippery to me, and it feels a little stuffy. They recently switched to disposable everything. I have found a shrimp in the onion in the past. The womens restroom appears to have a leak, that smells......I mean it smells like sewer..... And the mens restroom didn 't have any soap

We had a great experience! We went for lunch and were able to take advantage of the lunch menu. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that cauliflower rice and other gluten free options are available. Therefore, I picked all of the seafood options along with the cauliflower rice. Super tasty!
