Long John Silver's A&w In Timber P

Was wanting to order the current nationally advertised $10.00 Shrimp Share. Only to be told it was $12.00 because they were a franchise location. I do not feel this to be fair. Not the cashier 's, or the managers fault. But note to franchise owner. What would of been better, a $10.00 sale or a $0.00 dollar sale? No profit margin in a $0.00 dollar sale.

Very rude window person, was the first customer of the day and she already had an attitude. I know everybody has a bad day but remember who pays your paycheck. It's the customers. Food portions have come down quite a bit. Quality of the food was okay.

Ordered 12 fish fillets only and only received 9. I did not think I needed to count them. There was a customer there that stated she didn't mind to wait as long as her order was correct so I'm assuming this is an ongoing thing with this location.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious
