Very large disappointment, have reserved as a group and paid for the menu propt 25 Euro on the menu with 18 Euro. I call that something up, the food itself, in our opinion, was not in line with the price when thüringer cuisine was praised, but as far away as the moon. Cheese soup like wallpaper glue, only a lot, much salty, pork roasts permeated by tendons and fat, in addition, I don't want to conceal anything, 6 shared roubs for 11 people, extra black. The cans and TK vegetables were totally boiled and then the knocks. I would like to devote a complete paragraph to this topic, but as a real Thuringian I lack the words. Artig we were also asked if it tasted, although the plates spoke for themselves, the honest answer commented the cook with little criticism. The Waldschlösschen restaurant is great to reach and located directly on the main road at the entrance of Weimar. Here the German and above all the regional thüringer cuisine is offered. The food tastes very good. The facility is more rustic. It is cozy in the restaurant and the prices are very good, so you can hold super bigger celebrations here.
